Precautions For Installing Coal Bunker Liner Board

In the process of blasting coal or coal cutting coal at the coal mining face, in order to block the coal thrown to the scraper conveyor and rushed to the goaf in the scraper conveyor, keep the safe passage and good work. The environment requires the installation of a coal slab on the scraper conveyor. For many years, the coal bunker liner board is made of a thin iron plate and fixed on the scraper conveyor.

Although it can play the role of coal blocking, it can not close the full section and is easily deformed and damaged. The chaotic conveyor can not block the coal that has fallen from the blasting. It can not effectively improve the coal recovery rate. The safe environment of the working surface cannot be completely improved. Therefore, the coal shield must use high-quality materials and improve its installation method. When installing a coal bunker liner, the fixed form of the liner must be considered for free expansion or contraction in the event of large changes in handling or ambient temperature. Any method of fixing should be designed to facilitate the flow of bulk material and the head of the screw is always embedded in the liner. For thicker liners, the edges should be cut to 45 degrees. In this way, the allowable length is varied and a smooth plastic plane is formed in the silo to facilitate the flow of material.

Pay special attention when installing:

• 1. During the installation process, the bolt head plane requirement of the lining plate must be lower than the plate surface;

• 2. When using coal bunker lining products, the number of bolts per square meter should not be less than 10;

• 3. The gap between the lining plates should not exceed 0.5cm. The installation should be appropriately adjusted according to the ambient temperature of the plate.

The method of installing the coal bunker liner board:

The problem of fixing the coal bunker liner board by completely fixing the large piece of material on the wall of the silo. Usually, it is not necessary to cover the whole warehouse. As long as the coal tapping section of the lower cone section of the coal bunker and the upper round silo section are lined with one meter or so, the blockage caused by the rat hole and the arching can be solved.
